After a major and successful renovation, De Koepel in Haarlem will open its doors on January 3, 2022. De Koepel has been a prison for about 100 years and is one of the most spectacular monuments in the area.
The building has undergone significant renovations and expansions to create a six-screen cinema in the newly constructed basement. Additional floors have been added to create meeting rooms and lecture halls, and former prison cells have been transformed into workspaces for startups.
XS Project is pleased to announce that the organization "de Koepel" has decided to implement its SaaS soluition to give its tenants access to the construction documents related to their leased space.
